Yes, we implement Shopify POS exclusively in Poland, as the fiscal integration and setup process are tailored to local regulations and supported devices.

Which Polish fiscal printers work with Shopify POS?
Netkodo Fiscal Gateway connects Shopify POS to Posnet, Elzab and Novitus fiscal printers and records transactions in line with Polish regulations.

Can Shopify POS use our existing store apps?
Yes, as long as the app is compatible with Shopify POS. Many extensions are available for loyalty programs, customer profiles and other sales processes.

Can Shopify POS issue invoices through KSeF?
Invoices for sales recorded in Shopify POS can be issued through KSeF using integrated invoicing apps, including Fakturownia, wFirma and inFakt.

Does Shopify charge a fee on every in-store transaction?
Not with this setup. A payment made through an external terminal is recorded in Shopify POS as a custom payment method, so Shopify does not charge its own transaction fee.

How much does the solution cost?
The device rental, including the Netkodo Fiscal Gateway app subscription, costs 250 PLN per month. If any issues arise, a replacement device is dispatched within one business day.
